Description
Thiophanate-methyl 70% WP is a preventive and systemic fungicide with contact action, formulated as a white-gray homogeneous fine wettable powder with specific odor. It is absorbed through the plant’s leaves and roots and provides a very good protective and curative effect against a wide range of fungal pathogens responsible of surface plant infection as eyespot, powdery mildew, blight or gray mold apple scab and other diseases of cereals, vegetables, fruit, leaf spot diseases and many diseases in floriculture. Thiophanate-methyl 70% WP can be used additionally as a wound protectant for pruning cuts on trees.

Mode of actuon
Systemic : Absorbed by the plant and translocated in the system.Preventive : Prevents disease infection and lesion formation.Curative : Roko is very effective in controlling number of fungal diseases. Roko shows very good curative effect against Scab on Apple & Anthracnose on Grapes.
Method of Application:
Foliar Spray : Spray @ 250 to 500 gm per ha. (0.5 g/lit of water).

Toxicity:
Acute oral ld50 6640-7500 mg/ kg in rats, acute oral ld50 3150-3400mg/ kg in mice, and acute dermal ld50> 10000 mg/ kg in rats. Carp lc50 was 11 mg/ l (48 h), and it was lc50 8mg/ l. And is low in toxicity to the bee.
