White Mountain apple parer, corer, and slicer, in original box. Made by Goodell Company, Antrim, NH. Cast steel frame with thumbscrew for clamping to table. Threaded shaft with three prongs on end, turned by crank with wooden handle. Swiveling cutter with blade. Raised cast lettering on horizontal frame member: “WHITE MOUNTAIN APPLE”; and on vertical frame member: In paperboard box that is now tan-colored, folded with taped corner seams. Paper has some parallel striations in its texture. Paper is 0.004″ thick. Piece of folded newspaper in bottom on box. Two labels on cover; one on end shows picture of device in action at left side and six rows of text: From the mid 1970s this is White Mountain Apple Parer Corer and Slicer. It is made by White Mountain Freezer Inc. They are still around today and make ice cream makers. This one is missing one of three tines on the fork but otherwise is mint. It may not be vintage but at 40 years old is not exactly new. I should be able to find a doner to replace the missing tine.

You can also use this peeler to just core and slice your apple, without peeling it. I make my slicer do this by pulling the first blade out of the way and locking it down with the lever.
